JBLM Home Finder - Military Family assisting Military Families Buy and Sell: It's very rare that someone finds a passion they can devote their careers to. I am lucky enough to say that I found my passion and career 17 years ago. I am a full-time, full-service real estate broker servicing the Pacific Northwest. I moved to Washington 19 years ago, completed my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and decided to focus my attention on building a real estate business from the ground up. I sell & invest in real estate. I not only own several rental properties throughout the South Sound but also invest in real estate through purchasing homes and selling them rapidly for a profit (flipping). I have successfully closed many different transactions including condos, single-family homes, multifamily homes, and vacant land, for clients. I am more than a traditional ""Broker,"" I am a Managing Broker and I stay current on all real estate related topics & education, including housing rates & trends in our local community.

Many years ago, I decided to dedicate my focus servicing our military families, as they PCS in and out of the area. As a military spouse (and someone whose stepfather served 22 years in the US military), I know the trials & tribulations that come with moving from one state to another or one country to another. The stress can almost be unbearable, at times; knowings which communities are family-friendly, or finding a safe community close to JBLM. I've always been concerned about the predatory opportunities people have used to take advantage of in our military community. One thing that we have lacked for years, is a military resource - rather that be just someone to turn to for housing assistance, rather renting or buying, pre-inspecting homes before you submit an offer or just knowing where to turn for support on simple things such as childcare options, schools and beyond. I have found it to be my duty to be that resource!

The benefit to working with me to list your home is I partner with appraisers to determine pricing, so that we are hitting the mark on list price. This helps avoid future appraisal & pricing headaches & minimizes price reductions post-appraisal. As a buyer, there are rebates available when working with my team, if your lender allows it, as we love giving back to our clients.
